Description
Backup Camera Tailgate Handle. The Master Tailgaters Tailgate Handle with Backup Reverse Camera in black combines the utility of a tailgate handle replacement with the added functionality of an integrated backup camera. The camera can be wired to activate when the vehicle is in reverse or remain always on, providing greater flexibility to suit your preferences.
Construction and Appearance. This replacement tailgate handle is made from durable materials designed to withstand regular use and harsh environmental conditions. The backup camera features a ¼” On-Semi CMOS sensor paired with a Nidec lens, ensuring clear image capture. The handle and camera assembly have a black finish that blends seamlessly with the vehicle’s exterior.
Installation. Installation includes provided instructions and typically does not require drilling. The camera connects to any 12V power source and requires a yellow RCA video input on the monitor for easier installation. If the monitor does not have this input, professional splicing of the video signal may be necessary. Additional connectors may be needed for factory radio installations and are not included.
Warranty. This product includes a two-year no questions asked warranty, offering confidence in its quality and durability.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 07-13 Silverado 1500 model without modifications or exclusions.
