Description
UNIVERSAL CARB COMPLIANT CATALYTIC CONVERTER. The Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converter; California Grade CARB Compliant; 3-Inch is designed to reduce vehicle emissions by converting harmful exhaust gases into less harmful substances. CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This catalytic converter features durable construction using high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for exceptional corrosion resistance. It incorporates durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a ceramic substrate for catalyst action. The stainless steel finish provides a corrosion-resistant and professional appearance.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires professional welding with no clamps or hangers included. The compact, lightweight design facilitates installation in confined spaces, but drilling or additional modifications may be necessary depending on vehicle-specific factors.
