Description
Improved Exhaust Flow. For an overall exhaust performance boost, Magnaflow direct-fit HM grade catalytic converter is what you need. This device employs a monolithic ceramic honeycomb catalyst that converts the waste gases from your truck’s engine to less toxic substances while allowing for maximum exhaust flow. The neck of the converter is also designed not to extend to the body for smooth flow of the gases. This allows for the engine to breathe easily and produce more power.
Heavy Duty Construction. The converter is made from stainless steel for ultimate strength and durability. For a strong and tight bond, the converter is also seam welded close to converter body and not along the edge which would otherwise let the catalyst move around. It also features a heat shield for protection against overheating.
Federal EPA Compliant. This catalytic converter will pass most emission tests including the Federal emissions test that render it legal for use on the roads.
Bolt-on Installation. The catalytic converter will directly replace your stock cat with no modifications required. It has an interface on both ends that allow for bolting into the exhaust system. Professional installation is highly recommended for best results.
Warranty. If properly used and maintained, this catalytic converter by Magnaflow is backed by the emissions control warranty for 8 years/ 80000 miles, whichever comes first, against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship.
