These tie rods offer increased strength and durability, essential for lifted vehicles and rugged conditions where OEM parts can fail prematurely. They ensure reliable steering performance and enhanced vehicle safety.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring heat treated chromoly nickel outer studs and robust all-steel inner ball sockets, these tie rods deliver long-lasting durability. The solid 1 1/4" hexagon steel body is finished with a black powder coating for corrosion resistance, complemented by laser engraving for a professional look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, designed to fit factory centerlink steering systems without drilling or complex modifications. Some suspension components, such as sway bar end links, may require modification due to the larger size of these tie rods.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, breakage, and premature wear, demonstrating confidence in its rugged build quality and lasting performance.
Application. This complete tie rod set fits 1999-2006 4WD Silverado 1500 models with OE taper tie rods and centerlink steering. It is not compatible with vehicles that have steering rack assemblies or lifts retaining OEM outer tie rod ends.
