      Description

      Unimpeded Exhaust Flow. The Kooks 3 in. Off-Road Y-Pipe is designed to be used on rough trails and on the strip. Because it doesn’t have a catalytic converter, this Y-pipe increases the exhaust flow and boosts the torque, horsepower, and over-all performance of your vehicle.

      Crisp, Aggressive Note. The extra power brought on board by the Kooks 3 in. Off-Road Y-Pipe is also made apparent by the pipe’s crisp, aggressive sound. You’ll hear and feel the difference once you’re taking on road obstacles and severe slopes.

      No Catalytic Converter. The Y-pipe does not include a catalytic converter in order to maximize the performance of the vehicle it is attached to. It should be noted that this item is not CARB compliant and cannot be legally sold, used, or installed on a licensed vehicle in the state of California.

      Protected Against Excess Moisture. The 16-gauge stainless steel construction of the Y-pipe protects it from the effects of exposure to excess moisture. You won’t find rusty spots in this pipe even if you frequently use your vehicle for off-road adventures.

      Application. This Kooks 3 in. Off-Road Y-Pipe is designed to fit 2009-2013 4.8L or 5.3L Chevrolet Silverado 1500 equipped with Long Tube Headers.
