49-State-Legal Cats. Kook’s green catalytic converter, the highlight of this mid-pipe set, is both EPA-certified and legal in 49 states. However, it should be noted that this item cannot be legally sold, used, or installed in licensed vehicles in California as it is not CARB compliant.
Withstands Punishing Road Conditions. Harsh weather, difficult obstacles, and punishing slopes — the green catted Y-pipe is designed for these conditions. The exceptional strength of the pipes allows them to work without fail even in temperatures that reach up to 1500°F and with applications that produce up to 800 HP.
