Enhanced Engine Power. Unleash the hidden potential of your Ford F-150. With the help of Kooks 1-3/4" Long Tube Headers, you can take your engine's performance to a whole new level. Go full throttle by freeing the 5.0L Coyote V8 under your hood from limitations brought about by stock exhaust system. These long headers will make your engine come to life by providing it with a smoother exhaust flow and letting it breathe properly.

Enviable Roar. Turn heads everywhere you go with a better engine sound. The Kooks 1-3/4 inch Long Tube Headers not only provide you with increased horsepower, they also produce a newer, more aggressive, and enviable exhaust sound level.

Stainless Steel Construction. The Kooks 1-3/4" Long Tube Headers are made from quality 304 stainless steel. The 1-3/4" diameter opening merged into 3" collectors enable a smoother flow path for your exhaust system. These long tube headers are laser cut to prevent warping and bends that disrupt the exhaust outflow. They Kooks system is bolt-on and doesn't require cutting or welding.

Calibration Required. Installation of this Kook's Long Tube Headers will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your F-150s ECU you will be able to realize the full power potential that these headers have to offer.

No CARB Certification. These Headers are not CARB certified, therefore they are not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.

Application. These Kooks 1-3/4" Long Tube Headers are compatible with 2015-2018 Ford F150 models equipped with the Coyote 5.0L V8 engine.

Application Note. These Long Tube Headers require the use of a Kooks Y-Pipe for installation - sold separately.

Is it bad to drive my 2016 F-150 for a couple of days without a tune calibrated to the headers? I have a tune file on order but need to pick up the truck today or tomorrow

    • When installing the Kooks 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers or other long tube headers, your O2 sensor location will be moved further from the exhaust port. Because of this, the delay of the exhaust gasses leaving the combustion chamber and reaching the O2 sensors will have changed, and a tune is necessary to adjust for this, otherwise fluctuations in air fuel ratio can occur, which can lead to poor idle quality in a best case scenario, or engine damage in a worst case scenario. We strongly recommend a tune for the headers be installed prior to operating your F150.
