How to Install KC Hilites Ford F150/Raptor; C40 LED Bar & Frt Bracket Kit 10-15 on your F-150

1. (Rapton Only) Remove skid plate and skid plate mounting brackets.

2. Do not completely remove tow hooks. Loosen rear tow hook bolt on each tow hook and remove the forward bolt from each tow hook.

CAUTION!!! The tow hook rear bolt is key hole slotted and could fall off if pushed rearward during bracket installation.

3. The rear tow hook bolt should be loosened enough to slide the LED bracket between the frame and tow hook.

4. After sliding the brackets into place, install the forward bolt of the tow hook and snug tow hook bolts until brackets are against the frame, but still moveable.

5. Position brackets so they are square to each other and measure approximately 41 1/2" between brackets.

6. Tighten tow hook bolts.

7. (Rapto Only) Replace the skid plate.

8. Install the 40" LED bar between brackets using hardware included with LED bar.

9. Wire your LED bar using the instructions included with the LED bar.

MOUNTING THE BRACKETS

1. (Raptor only.) Remove skid plate and skid plate mounting brackets.

3. The rear tow hook bolt should be loosened enough to slide the LED bracket between the frame and tow hook.
4. After sliding the brackets into place, install the forward bolt of the tow hook and snug tow hook bolts until brackets are against the frame, but still moveable. 
5. Position brackets so they are square to each other and measure approximately 41  1/2" between brackets.
6. Tighten tow hook bolts. 
7. (Raptor only) Replace the skid plate.
8. Install the 40" LED bar between brackets using hardware included with LED bar.
9. Wire your LED bar using the instructions included with the LED bar.
