- - - READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM START TO FINISH BEFORE INSTALLATION!

STEP 1 - Beginning with the passenger side, cut out templates and lay in rain gutter. Line up with the corner of the windshield.

STEP 2 - While holding template to truck, use center punch and mark the holes to be drilled. Drill marked holes with a 5/64" pilot drill bit, then slowly work up to a 3/8" drill bit to finish.

STEP 3 - Insert supplied Grip-Sert into holes. Use provided tool to fasten by tightening down the bolt while placing a wrench on the center nut. Do not let Grip-Sert turn while tightening. We recommend applying a small amount of silicone to the splined area.

STEP 4 - Tighten all Grip-Serts flush to the body.

STEP 5 - Repeat steps 1 thru 4 on the driver side.

STEP 6 - Place rubber gasket between the cab and the bottom of the bracket. Insert the 1/4-20 x 3/4" stainless steel safety torx bolts and rubber coated washer with supplied driver bit tool. Snug bolts, but do not fully tighten.

STEP 7- Bracket should look like this.

STEP 8 - Install driver side bracket onto KC LED light bar using light bar hardware.

STEP 9 - Slide opposite side of KC LED light bar into passenger side bracket.

STEP 10 - Fasten light to passenger side light bar bracket. Align bracket with Grip-Sert holes.

STEP 11 - Install bolts through bracket and adjust light until level and tighten all bolts.

STEP 12 - Route power wire down windshield and wire light bar as note in light bar instructions. We recommend using some black silicone on the bottom of the wire to hold it in place.
