This is a suitable upgrade for those who use their truck for hauling cargo or pulling a trailer, where every bit of horsepower is important. As tested on Injen’s in-house dyno, this intake upgrade lays down up to 34 additional horses and 76 foot-pounds of torque. That’s a substantial increase for a simple and straightforward stock replacement.
No Tune Necessary. Don’t worry about tuning after you upgrade with the Injen Air Intake because you won’t need it. This intake was already tuned and tested using an in-house dyno, designed to replicate stock fueling while delivering better horsepower and torque gains.
Fully Serviceable Air Filter Design. This Injen Intake features the SuperNano-Web dry air filter, known for significantly increasing the air volume thanks to its massive pleats measuring over 1.25 inches deep. What’s more, it is fully serviceable thanks to the SHUR-LOCK mounting system that not only ensures a non-slip seal but also provides access to the filter when it needs to be replaced.
High-Quality Roto-Molded Construction. The housing of the Injen Cold Air Intake features a polyethylene construction. This material is known for its heat resistance resulting in unmatched longevity. It has a 2-piece box design, housing Injen’s boost plenum, and the large dry air filter. Also included is the smooth roto-molded induction tube that’s designed to reduce restriction levels.
Direct-Replacement Installation. Replacing your stock intake with the Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake with Dry Filter is straightforward. It is made to directly replace the stock, masterfully achieved by designing it in a 3D workspace to ensure exact clearance and tolerances for quick and easy installation. You don’t need to drill anything, and all the stainless steel mounting hardware and urethane couplers come with the intake kit.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on the Evolution Cold Air Intake. This warranty coverage, however, is limited only to the repair or replacement of the defective part, at Injen’s discretion.
