Improved Engine Power. Reinforce your Raptor’s performance by installing this Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake with Oiled Filter. Experience remarkable improvements in horsepower and torque resulting from the enhanced airflow. Using this Cold Air Intake increases the airflow for a more efficient combustion that also releases an aggressive intake growl upon acceleration. Moreover, this component includes a 2-piece housing and a high-performance, 8-layer cotton gauze oiled air filter for optimum airflow dynamics.
No Tune Required. This Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake improves the performance of your truck without the need of reprogramming your computer. With advanced engineering, this Injen Intake will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this intake.
Efficient and Durable Air Filter. The air filter included in this Evolution Intake Kit features an 8-layer progressively finer oiled, washable cotton gauze media with remarkable filtration capacity. It significantly increases the available air volume for maximum airflow that generates additional power.
Branded Urethane Plug and Updated Air Filter. This kit includes a branded urethane plug and an updated air filter that no longer ships with the vacuum port molded into it.
Long-Lasting Durability. This Injen Evolution intake system has a CAD-designed, two-piece, roto-molded air intake housing made of black polyethylene that exhibits excellent heat insulation and durability. This air box features a filter minder for easier inspection without disassembly. In addition, it is equipped with a larger inlet air scoop for bringing in extra air volume. This system also uses high-quality plastic, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube for a more efficient airflow.
Bolt-On Installation. Injen Technology designed this Evolution Cold Air Intake for a straightforward installation that reuses factory mounting locations. The installation process completes in 1 hour using basic hand tools. Injen’s engineering also ensures a perfect OEM fitment so that this intake system seamlessly integrates with your vehicle.
Lifetime Limited Warranty. Injen Technology offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. This warranty excludes incidental damages, cost of installation, or removal of the defective part or its replacement.
Not CARB Certified. This Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake is not CARB certified at this time and is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission regulations.
