This system will upgrade your Silverado 1500’s IOR system to the IOU version, including the touchscreen, control module, media hub, and a new satellite antenna. In doing so, this system provides you with extensive features engineered to make your travels much more efficient, fun, and safe.
Hassle-Free Navigation. This IOR to IOU radio system upgrade comes embedded with voice-activated GPS navigation. This feature provides you with turn-by-turn directions to your destination without the need for taking your hands off the wheel. Moreover, this radio system upgrade includes an SD card pre-loaded with expansive mapping coverage of the US, Canada, Mexico, and more, so you don't waste your time making wrong turns.
Maximized Radio Function. This IOR to IOU radio system provides your truck with an HD radio on top of the standard AM/FM radio, giving you extremely clear audio quality. In addition, you also get an upgraded satellite antenna and access to SiriusXM satellite radio further expanding your music, talk, sports, and talk radio choices. And if you’re more into just playing your music, this device also lets you play your music via USB.
Optimized Control. This radio system upgrade is also pre-programmed to work with your steering wheel volume controls as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto but includes wireless capability. These features help make controlling your new system more convenient as well as safer since you never have to take your hands off the steering wheel. More significantly, this device will also swap out your rear backup camera with a high-definition
counterpart. This way, you’re able to get a better view of your rear when backing up.
Tenacious Build Quality. This IOR to IOU radio system features an HMI module housing built from high-grade metal alloy and with built-in cooling fins. This housing works to keep its internals protected from shock and heat for reliable performance. The included media hub and backup camera upgrades for their part come with housings and bezels crafted from premium motive-grade plastic. Also, these components feature a dark gray and black colorway respectively, ensuring your factory look is maintained.
Efficient Install Procedure. Installing this system is a fairly efficient procedure as the included components feature factory-style connectors for plug-and-play connection with the factory harnesses. That said, you will need to disassembly several panels to properly install the included harnesses and the backup camera.

Application Notes. You will also need a SiriusXM subscription to access this service. Also, this device is designed for trucks with an 8-inch touchscreen display. If your truck comes with a 7-inch touchscreen, you will need a specialized dash bezel for proper fitment.
