Choice of ID Motorsports Custom Tunes. When you order this Rev-X Tuner by SCT, you aren't just getting a tuner. You're getting the tuner and your choice of 3 different custom tune files that are written specifically for your Silverado and your particular modifications by ID Motorsports. You will receive your choice of one of the following tune file options:
Street Tune. This tune is catered more for the day to day driver, who is just as concerned with fuel economy as performance. The ID Motorsports Street Tune will feature improved throttle response and quicker shifts, for a crispy and sporty feel. This tune is available for 87, 89, 91 and 93 octane levels.Built-in WiFi. The Rev-X Tuner is WiFi-capable meaning you will no longer have to plug it into your Windows computer to receive the latest firmware updates, but that is still an option. Once setup with your Wi-Fi password, the Rev-X will download the latest firmware updates via the internet.
Performance Tune. This tune will enhance your horsepower and torque for the next step up in performance when compared to the Street Tune. The ID Motorsports Performance Tune get you into the next gear quickly and smoothly with smoother and faster downshifts, getting you in the power band fast. If you're wanting reliable yet safe power to put you back in your seat from one traffic light to the next, this will be your favorite tune. This tune is available for 87, 89, 91 and 93 octane levels.
Race Tune. The Race Tune by ID Motorsports is designed for what its name implies. This tune requires race gas to be utilized (which brand and octane race gas must be specified). If you're racing, you want the ultimate performance to get you through that finish line first. The Race Tune is designed to deliver acceleration like you've never felt from any other tune.
Data Logging and Monitoring. The Rev-X Tuner by SCT makes it easy to read the Built-In Data Logging and/or the Real Time Data, so you can view popular sensor data such as EGT, Air/Fuel Ratio or any other 0-5 Volt source. You can even customize the monitoring capability of your Rev-X using device's free LiveLink software.
Diagnostics Tool. The Rev-X Tuner can also be used as a diagnostic code reader. Save yourself hundreds of dollars each year by reading and clearing your own Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) rather than paying a dealer to do the same. It's as easy as a few simple steps.
Easy to Load; Easy to Restore. When you load your custom tune on the vehicle, the tuner automatically stores your vehicle's factory settings. To return the vehicle to its factory settings, just plug the tuner back in, select the option to restore the factory settings, and you're done. This is ideal for visiting dealerships for warranty work.
