      Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Delta Joint Ball Joint Kit provides a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint solution combining the durability of a traditional ball joint with the flexibility and performance of a uniball. It articulates smoothly in lifted or highly articulating suspension setups, ensuring precise control arm movement and quiet operation. This ball joint is crucial for maintaining suspension integrity and responsiveness in demanding off-road and daily driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a zinc-plated housing for superior corrosion resistance and a sealed design to prevent dirt, salts, and debris ingress. Internally, it uses metal-on-metal components with a greasable design for extended durability and ease of maintenance. The carburized taper pin enhances corrosion resistance and reduces internal friction, all contributing to a noise-free, long-lasting performance.

      Installation. This ball joint requires use with ICON front upper control arms and is straightforward to install for those familiar with suspension components. No drilling or major modifications are needed. Compatibility is limited to ICON brand control arms only.

      Warranty. The product includes a five-year limited warranty when installed with matching suspension components from ICON Vehicle Dynamics.

      Application. Designed specifically for 2019 through 2026 Silverado 1500 models equipped with ICON upper control arms, ensuring precise and reliable fitment without compatibility issues.
