Description
Performance Suspension Upgrade. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Delta Joint Upper Control Arms enhance the front suspension movement of the truck, allowing maximum travel for performance shocks and coilovers. These control arms provide improved suspension articulation, better alignment geometry, and increased durability, making them essential for lifted trucks seeking extended off-road capability and handling enhancement.
Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy wall 1026 DOM steel tubing, these tubular control arms are CNC formed, fixture welded, and finished with a durable multi-stage black powder coat. The Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55, with replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races. Protective anodized billet aluminum dust caps are included for the grease fittings.
Installation. Installation requires standard mechanical skills. The kit includes all necessary components and hardware for a complete installation. These control arms are designed for use with OE or ICON steering knuckles as specified to ensure precise fitment.
Warranty. This product comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty covering workmanship and materials for a defined period, providing assurance for long-term use.
Application. Designed to fit 2021-2024 Ford F-150 submodels, including Tremor, that do not have factory electronically controlled suspension. Not compatible with F-150 Raptor models. Compatibility requires OE or ICON steering knuckles, with specific front lift height allowances as follows: 1.75-3.5" front lift on all F-150 except Raptor and Tremor using OE knuckles; 3.5-4.5" front lift on all F-150 except Raptor and Tremor with ICON front knuckle kit part #94000; and 1-3" front lift over stock on Tremor with OE knuckles. OEM wheels and tires may not fit all combos; aftermarket wheels with lower offset or less backspace are recommended. Larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications.
