Description
Innovative Fuel Pickup Solution. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HYDRAMAT (15X15 CROSS) - CENTER OUT - 3/8 NPT is designed to eliminate fuel starvation issues during hard driving conditions such as cornering, acceleration, and stopping. It uses patented surface tension and fluid wicking technology to ensure consistent fuel delivery even when fuel is low or sloshing inside the tank, making it essential for both stock fuel tanks and racing fuel cells to maintain optimal engine performance.
Construction and Appearance. The HydraMat features a durable, beige-colored design constructed with unique media that creates tiny pores for fluid wicking and surface tension sealing. Its flexible construction allows it to be folded and compressed for easy installation through various fuel cell openings, while its large coverage surface ensures continuous fuel pick-up and filtration rated at 15 microns.
Installation. Installation requires no special tools beyond standard fuel system access. The mat can be easily inserted and positioned through existing fuel tank or cell openings without the need for drilling. Its design is compatible with most stock and racing fuel tanks, simplifying the upgrade process.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited 90-day manufacturer warranty.
Application. Due to its center outlet pick-up and universal fitting location, this HydraMat fits a wide variety of fuel tanks and racing cells. It is not intended for use with diesel fuels and most oils but is compatible with alcohol-based fuels and specific oil blends.
