      Description

      High-Performance Flexplate. The Hays Steel SFI Certified Flexplate is engineered for high-performance and competition use in Ford 4.6L engines with 6-bolt crankshafts. It delivers engine power to the transmission through a heavy-duty, high-stall torque converter connection, ensuring reliable operation under elevated torque and RPM.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from a steel plate thicker than stock, this flexplate is designed to withstand stress-induced cracking. It has a ring gear welded securely in place and features a zinc dichromate plated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. The dual bolt pattern offers compatibility with various torque converters.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications or drilling, fitting directly to compatible 6-bolt crankshafts to provide a secure fit under demanding conditions.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a manufacturer’s 90-day warranty covering defects and performance issues.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 1997 through 2009 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with the 4.6L V8 engine featuring a 6-bolt crankshaft and 164-tooth flexplate requirement.
