Description
Provides a Stable Ride. Installing these Ground Force 2-Inch Rear Lowering Shackles will help your truck exhibit a more stable ride when you’re driving in the streets. These components lower your truck’s rear by 2 inches, allowing it to have a lower center of gravity. This then prevents your truck from swaying too much. Also, the lowered ride height offers less air resistance, enabling you to better control and handle your vehicle when driving in the streets. What’s more, the included shims help maintain your truck’s excellent street-driving quality by providing an even contact surface between the axle and leaf spring.
High-Strength Construction. These rear lowering shackles are made out of laser-cut steel. With the strength and rigidity of this material, the shackles are able to withstand impacts and extreme driving conditions. Furthermore, they’re powder coated with a black finish to enhance their protection against weathering, rust, and corrosion.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. If you’re equipped with the right tools and skills, you can install these lowering shackles on your own. This kit’s shackles and shims are built with a bolt-on design, allowing you to directly mount them to your vehicle’s factory locations. No cutting or welding is required.
