The folks from Gibson dyno-tuned and engineered these ceramic coated headers to ensure you are getting more useable power and torque at low and mid-range RPM, which will be beneficially at highway speeds when you are pulling a trailer. Not only will these headers increase your F-150's performance but it will allow your engine to breathe better and have cooler operating temperatures, when compared to the factory manifolds.

Quality Construction. Gibson constructs these 5.4L Headers from quality 1-5/8 inch, 16 gauge stainless steel mandrel bent tubing for reliable exhaust flow and durability. They feature 3/8 inch heavy duty laser cut port flanges to prevent leaking and warping. The headers are finished in a ceramic coating to help reduce under hood temperatures.

Bolt-On Installation. These headers are designed to be a direct fit replacement for the factory manifolds, without any drilling or welding required. All of the necessary hardware and gaskets are included.
