    Description

    Full Spool Alternative. If you’re looking to modify your truck for race applications but don’t want to spend on a full spool, consider a G2 Mini Spool for your differential. With a mini spool, you will only be replacing the internal components of the differential and you can still re-use your carrier. It’s comparable to a full spool, delivering the same amount of maximum traction to give you a competitive advantage—especially during sharp turns and maneuvers at top speeds.

    Off-Road Essential. Having the ability to lock both wheels delivering equal torque is important for your off-road adventures. With a G2 Mini Spool installed, you can get yourself and your truck out of sticky situations such as muddy and rocky terrains.

    Professional Installation. Unless you are confident enough in your mechanical skills, we suggest you leave the installation of your G2 Mini Spool to your trusted professional mechanic. Special tools may also be required for the assembly and mishandling or installation mistakes will void the warranty.

    10-Year G2 Warranty. G2 Axle & Gears warrants their G2 Mini Spool to be free from manufacturing defects for 10 years. Coverage is limited to material and workmanship defects. Check out the manufacturer’s website for the full list of exclusions.

    Application. The G2 Mini Spool for the 31 spline 8.8 in. axle fits 1997 to 2018 Ford F-150 models.
