High-Quality Differential Cover. This G2 Ball Milled Differential Cover provides a better alternative to your truck’s stock cover. Its increased fluid capacity allows for better lubrication. Meanwhile, the magnetic dipstick and plug makes use of a strong rare earth magnet minimize wear from contact with debris. At the same time, its internal and external heat fins reduce overall oil temperatures to further lessen the strain on the gears. And lastly, the black and silver paint simply looks good—especially when compared to an old rusty cover.
Durable Aluminum Construction. All G2 Ball Milled Differential Covers are built from durable heat-treated aluminum for more long-lasting rigidity. The outer surface is also coated with a black powder finish to minimize the effects of rust and corrosion. All these allow for better protection for your gears that also looks good to boot.
Simple Installation. The G2 Ball Milled Differential Cover kit is packaged with the necessary stainless steel mounting bolts to help secure it to your rear. For a more convenient installation, no special tools are required for the mounting process.
Backed by a 10-Year Warranty. G2 offers a 10-year product warranty for all of their G2 Ball Milled Differential Covers. This covers defects from manufacturing, along with the materials and overall workmanship. However, this excludes damage from mishandling, installation, and shipping.
Application. The G2 Ball Milled Differential Cover fits all 1997-2024 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 9.75-inch rears.
