Simple Rear Lift for Level Stance. These high-precision blocks raise the rear of your F-150 by three inches, correcting rake for a level appearance and improving clearance for larger tires. The blocks maintain leaf spring alignment with integrated centering pins and include extended U-bolts sized to factory spring perch spacing.

Corrosion-Free, Durable Components. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and hard-anodized, the blocks resist road salt and moisture. Grade-8 U-bolts with black oxide finish and nylon-lock nuts ensure a secure clamp on the spring pack without loosening under load.

Installation. Safely raise and support the rear axle, loosen and remove the factory U-bolts, insert the lift blocks between the axle perch and leaf spring pack (centering by pin), install the extended U-bolts and Nylock nuts, then torque to the manufacturer’s specifications.
