      Description

      Performance Race Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Force Offset/Offset Race Muffler with 3.50-inch inlet and 3.50-inch outlet provides effective noise reduction with an aggressive tone, designed specifically for racing applications where mufflers are required. It enhances exhaust flow while significantly reducing decibel levels compared to open headers, making it essential for maximizing performance without excessive noise.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 409 stainless steel, this chambered muffler features fully welded 16-gauge steel construction for lasting strength. It is coated with high-temperature black paint that resists heat and corrosion and has an oval shape with offset inlets and outlets to fit various exhaust configurations.

      Installation. This universal fit muffler requires some adaptation during installation and uses new hangers, which are not included. It features slip-fit and clamp-on inlet and outlet connections, typically requiring no drilling.

      Application. Designed to fit classic muscle cars, late model muscle cars, race, and street/strip vehicles, some modification or adaptation may be needed for proper installation.
