Description
Leak Free Exhaust Flange. The Flowmaster Header Collector Ball Flange Kit replaces traditional three bolt flange connections, delivering a gasket-free, leak-proof seal between header collectors and exhaust tubing. Its 2.50-inch inside diameter slip-fit design enables easy assembly while maintaining optimal exhaust flow.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16 gauge aluminized steel, this kit offers durable tubing with corrosion and heat-resistant aluminized finish. The ball and socket seal ensures a secure fit, and the included bolts and hardware simplify installation.
Installation. Installation requires welding and may need some adaptation due to its universal design. Slip-fit connections facilitate assembly, but professional fabrication is recommended to guarantee a proper seal.
