      Description

      New Kind of Recovery. Experienced off-roaders know that Factor 55 delivers the best in recovery systems procedures, design and hardware. Now drivers get to experience the lightweight and ultra-strong Flat Splicer for Synthetic Winch Lines – Black. This splicer is the first of it's kind and delivers a splice-on folding winch rope shackle mount.

      Connect Features. The flat splicer comes specially designed to accommodate synthetic winch lines all while providing a safer, more secure shackle/D-ring. The flat splicer connects to pin and bow end of common 3/4-inch screw pin shackles and connects to pin ends of 7/8-inch and 1-inch screw pin shackles as well. Manufactured from CNC machined 6000 series military grade aluminum, the splicer also includes EPDM rubber pads for fairlead protection.

      Installation. This flat splicer allows for an easy rope installation. Be advised that the flat splicer requires rope splicing knowledge. Factor 55 recommends either the locking Brummel Splice or Long Bury Splice.

      Warranty. Factor 55 honors all their products with a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. The Factor 55 Flat Splicer for Synthetic Winch Lines – Black is designed to fit all 1997-2024 Ford F-150 models.
