Because the Rugged Ridge Aluminum HitchLink 2.0 provides you with a recovery point that fits right into all standard 2-inch tow point receivers. CNC-Machined for precision and using lightweight, high-quality aluminum for strength, The HitchLink will provide you with a recovery point that's installable in minutes.
Aluminum Strength, Aluminum Weight. The 6000-series aluminum used in creating the HitchLink is a powerful material, rated with an ultimate failure point of 51,000 lbs. Your F-150, however, can't handle that, so your HitchLink is rated for 9,500 lbs. To finish it off, a gray powder coat finish is included for extra durability and weather resistance.
Versatile Fit. With two different mounting points, this mount can be placed vertically or horizontally. It fits 3/4-inch screw pin shackles or D-rings for ease of attachment.
Installation. Using two mounting points, this installs in standard 2-inch mounting receptacles easily with two pins. Installation should only take a matter of minutes.
