This front bumper assembly comes preinstalled with a full grille guard to provide your grille, headlights, and front fascia with maximum impact protection. This bumper assembly also comes with a 12,000-pound winch plate integrated into its lower section as well as a pair of novel D-ring mounts. These elements work to keep you ready for any off-road emergency. What’s more, this assembly is designed to fit high and tight onto your front, giving you excellent tire clearance for more effective off-roading.
Install Locations for Auxiliary Off-Road Lights. This front bumper assembly also gives you the option to install auxiliary off-road lights via laser-cut install holes. These mounting holes are positioned on the center and sides and allow you to run a 30-inch LED light bar and up to two pairs of LED light pods respectively. In doing so, these install locations do away with the need for installing additional brackets to keep your front end clean and uncluttered.
Sturdy Build Quality. The front bumper section of this assembly is made from high-quality 0.187-Inch plate steel while the grille guard section is made from thick-walled tubular steel. These steel plates and tubes are then CNC-cut and fabricated following computer-generated design before getting expertly welded inside and out. This combination of advanced design and construction, and quality materials gives you a bumper assembly that’s extremely durable and fits your truck like a glove. Finally, this assembly is finished in a wear-resistant matte black powder coating for rugged good looks and effective corrosion protection.
Hassle-Free Install Procedure. This front bumper assembly is designed to install onto your truck using factory locations. Minor cutting and drilling of certain components on your truck are needed to achieve a proper fit. Other than these steps, installation is a fairly hassle-free process that’s completed using just standard hand tools.
