      Fuel Line Heat Protection. The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve, measuring 1 inch by 36 inches, addresses the critical issue of fuel line heat exposure that leads to vapor lock. It helps maintain fuel temperature below boiling point, preventing rough idling and hard starting caused by vapor-induced interruptions. This sleeve enhances performance reliability by reducing heat transfer to the fuel line.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from glass fiber and polyester, the Vapor Block is laminated to an exterior aluminum layer, providing a durable and resilient barrier against thermal energy. Its split design includes an adhesive flap for secure placement, and it features a sleek metallic finish that combines both functionality and rugged durability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require fuel line disconnection or special tools. Simply wrap the sleeve around the fuel line, remove the adhesive liner, and press the flap into place for a firm seal.

      Application. Fits universal applications where added heat protection is necessary; some adaptation may be required. It is not recommended for direct application on exhaust components.
