The material is a 48-inch × 48-inch sheet composed of lightweight open‑cell acoustic foam, laminated with a reflective Mylar surface capable of reflecting temperatures up to 428 °F (220 °C). Its robust peel‑and‑stick adhesive backing ensures strong adhesion to clean, dry surfaces. It is flammability rated to FAR 25.856(a), guaranteeing safety under severe thermal stress.
