Description

The TTX Front Right Upper Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly is engineered to provide superior stability and precise control for your vehicle’s front suspension system. It maintains suspension geometry for improved handling and performance specific to the intended fitment.
Construction and Appearance. Made from forged steel with a durable gold Repel-TEK™ surface treatment to resist rust and corrosion, this control arm features a reinforced ball joint head and thicker cross sections for enhanced strength and longevity. Upgraded rubber bushings with knurling ensure a secure fit to the sub-frame. The ball joint is protected by a neoprene dust boot to shield against dirt and contaminants.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation with no drilling required. The assembly includes a part-specific slotted castle nut and an easy snap cotter pin for secure fastening. Routine maintenance is facilitated by included 180° and 90° SAE grease fittings, supporting pre-greased and greaseable serviceability.
Application. Intended specifically for use on 1997-2003 4WD Ford F-150 models, this control arm assembly is designed to match factory specifications for a perfect fit and reliable performance in the specified vehicles.
