      Description

      Seat Harness Safety Reinforcement. The Seat Harness Mounting Reinforcement Plate enhances mounting point strength when installing harnesses in locations not engineered by the vehicle manufacturer. It reinforces bolt or eye-bolt mounting points, preventing the harness from tearing away from sheet metal surfaces and ensuring secure installation.

      Construction and Appearance. This reinforcement plate is made from 1/8-inch thick steel with a welded 7/16" - 20 nut. The compact 2" by 3" steel plate is powder coated black for corrosion resistance and a clean, professional look.

      Installation. The plate is typically installed beneath the mounting surface to help distribute the load. Moderate mechanical skill is required, and drilling may be necessary depending on existing mounting hole locations.
