What’s more, these trim accent panels’ all-stainless steel build to make them tough enough to provide your rocker panels with extra protection against scratches, dents, and dings.
Hefty Build Quality. These rocker panel trim accents are constructed from high-quality 28 gauge 304 stainless steel plates for superior strength and corrosion resistance. These stainless steel plates are then precision-cut to accurate measurements to give you a set of rocker panel accents that fit your truck like a glove. These trim accents then receive a mirror-polished finish for sleek looks.
Light Install Procedure. These rocker panel trim accents come preinstalled with 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape backing, making installation a light peel-and-stick install process. Before installation, it is recommended you first clean the mounting surfaces thoroughly before wiping the areas with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone. This is to maximize the tape’s adhesion. Moreover, when installing these accents in cold weather, it is suggested you first warm up the mounting surfaces using a hairdryer or heat gun. This is because the adhesive bonds better to warm surfaces.
