This steering shaft has been safety-tested to rigorous industry standards, ensuring years of service and improved quality. It also enhances driver safety in collisions, restoring your full steering power.

      Tough Steel Body. This lower steering shaft is made from tough steel, covered with a black Powder-Coat Finish, making it resistant to corrosion. It’s precisely engineered to replace original equipment. It has an inside diameter of 0.60 Inches.

      Direct-Fit Installation. Since this lower steering shaft is a direct-fit replacement, you won’t need to make any modifications to your vehicle. The installation hardware you’ll need to mount this steering shaft is sold separately. You will need about 30 minutes for the entire installation process. Some proper hand tools are required.

      Limited Lifetime Warranty. You’ll receive a limited lifetime warranty if you buy the Lower Steering Shaft. Dorman warrants all their products are free from manufacturer defects under normal use for as long as you own the product.
