The GEN3 3.5L EcoBoost is Ford’s most advanced twin-turbo V6 yet — stronger internals, better cooling, and smarter tuning control. It’s also the perfect foundation for serious turbo upgrades.
That’s why we built the Full-Race Formline® Turbo Kit for the 2021+ Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost — a complete, plug-and-play turbo upgrade that takes everything we learned from the GEN2 platform and pushes it even further.
At its core are Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 turbos, the same proven units that have been tested and abused on countless GEN2 builds for years, and our custom-adapted Formline® manifolds, re-engineered for the GEN3’s cooled-EGR system. But this kit goes beyond just turbos and manifolds — it’s a fully engineered bolt-on package that includes everything you need for a clean, reliable install:
Custom SPD catted downpipes, K&N high-flow turbo inlets, upgraded AN-style coolant lines, and all necessary hardware, couplers, and seals. Every component was designed to integrate seamlessly, eliminating the need for custom fab or guesswork.
The result is a setup capable of up to 700 WHP with OEM-like drivability and bulletproof reliability.

- Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 Turbos: Proven on hundreds of GEN2 builds, these high-efficiency turbos are engineered to provide massive performance gains without sacrificing reliability or driveability.
- Full-Race Formline® GEN3-Adapted Turbo Manifolds: Based on our highest-flowing Formline® design, these manifolds are custom-fit for the GEN3’s EGR system. They improve exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and resist warping or cracking under heat.
- Custom Fabricated SPD Catted Downpipes: Custom-built for this kit, these catted downpipes feature a smooth, high-flow design for optimal exhaust velocity and emissions compliance.
- K&N High-Flow Turbo Inlets: Designed specifically to complement the PowerMax turbos, these inlets eliminate the restrictive OEM design to improve airflow, turbo efficiency, and overall power. The PowerMax turbos include a high-flow inlet adapter, and without the K&N inlets, airflow remains limited just like the factory setup.
- Full-Race Upgraded Coolant Lines: AN-style high-temp coolant lines that replace failure-prone OEM fittings — durable, leak-free, and easy to service.
- Full-Race Turbo Installation Kit: Includes all necessary hardware, gaskets, couplers, and seals for a straightforward install.
- Wastegate Harnesses and Outlet Couplers: Pre-wired and sized for a perfect fit with GEN3 connections.
