With dual 2.5-inch inlets and a large 3-inch outlet, this universal front-mount intercooler is ideal for builds targeting 400 to 800 horsepower. Its design helps lower intake air temperatures, reduce heat soak, and improve engine efficiency across the powerband.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from lightweight, durable aluminum, this intercooler features a bar and plate core designed to optimize airflow while maximizing heat dissipation. The core measures 24 x 7 x 2.5 inches, with a total size of 28 x 12 x 2.5 inches, providing an excellent balance between cooling capacity and fitment flexibility. The high-flow design minimizes pressure drop—only 0.2 to 0.5 PSI at 15 PSI boost and up to 5 PSI at 35 PSI boost—ensuring reliable performance in high-boost conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require custom piping, brackets, or modifications depending on your vehicle's configuration. Designed for universal front-mount use, it's ideal for custom turbocharged builds needing dual-inlet intercooling.
