Description, Q&A
Description. AC Condenser: The condenser is part of the A/C system. It receives the hot, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the compressor and cools it to a warm liquid state, although still under high pressure.
Location: The Condenser is located right in front of the radiator. High pressure (hot) refrigerant travels through it and cools off as air passes through. Most late-model condensers cannot be flushed due to multiple flow paths, and must be replaced if restricted.
Check: If testing proves that your condenser is leaking, restricted, or otherwise damaged, don’t pay the high dealer price for a replacement, when you can get an OE quality condenser for much less from Replace.
Warranty. 1 Year
