      Description

      High-Boost Turbo Control Kit. The 50mm Blow Off Valve with 44mm V-Band External Turbo Wastegate Kit is designed for high-performance turbocharged applications demanding precise boost control and aggressive sound. This complete setup is ideal for tuners and builders looking to handle boost pressures up to 35 PSI while improving throttle response and turbo efficiency. With its universal fitment, it adapts easily to a variety of custom forced induction builds.

      Construction and Appearance. The blow off valve is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and finished with a powder-coated anodized coating for durability and corrosion resistance. A hard-anodized valve ensures rapid airflow and reliable response under high-boost conditions. The included 44mm external wastegate is built from stainless steel and comes with V-band flanges, clamps, and all necessary air fittings.       Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require welding and custom adaptation, particularly for integration into custom turbo systems. Weld-on flanges and V-band clamps simplify the mounting process once fitment is finalized.
