Description
Heavy-Duty Towing. The 2-inch Trailer Hitch Ball rated for 12,000 lbs. GTW provides a reliable, secure connection between towing vehicles and trailers. It is designed to safely accommodate most utility, boat, camper, livestock, and recreational vehicle trailers, ensuring confident towing of heavy loads across a variety of applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength, hot-forged steel, this trailer hitch ball is heat-treated to optimize wear resistance and durability. It features a chrome-plated finish for excellent protection against rust and scratches, complemented by zinc-plated mounting hardware that resists corrosion and secures attachment.
Installation. Installation is straightforward when mounting on platforms that meet thickness requirements. The fine-threaded shank provides superior holding strength for a secure and lasting fit. The mounting platform must be at least 3/8" thick with a hole size no more than 1/16" larger than the 1" threaded shank diameter.
Warranty and Application. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty covering the finish and parts for one year. It fits 2" couplers and supports up to 12,000 lbs. GTW, making it suitable for heavy-duty towing needs.
