Description

These Titanium Ceramic 1.50-Inch Shorty Headers are the perfect upgrade for 4.6L F-150 owners looking to give their trucks a boost in power and torque while maintaining everyday drivability. They are designed as direct replacements for your factory exhaust manifolds without modifications to your system. But since these headers feature less restrictive 1.50-inch wide steel tubes and a proprietary Firecone collector design, you get increased exhaust gas velocity, which in turn improves power. This combination of factory-style convenience and improved performance makes these headers the ideal choice if you’re looking to transform your daily driver to a weekend warrior.
Dynamic Exhaust Tone. If you’re also looking to have your truck sound as intense as it performs, these headers have got you covered. Specifically, these shorty headers will modify your truck’s exhaust sound from an everyday workhorse to a dynamic performance-oriented growl. With this aggressive new sound coming out of your truck, you’re sure to give other motorists chills.
Retains Factory Catalytic Converters. These headers are designed to retain your truck’s factory exhaust system, including the catalytic converters. This way, you don’t have to worry about breaking any emissions regulations.
Sturdy Stainless Steel Construction. These shorty headers are constructed from sturdy 1.50-inch wide tubular stainless steel, providing superior durability and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, these tubes are completely mandrel-bent to eliminate any performance-robbing turbulence areas from their inner structure. These headers also come with 0.375-inch thick machined stainless steel flanges providing superior warp and leak resistance. Finally, these headers are finished in a heavy-duty titanium ceramic coating that provides a level of thermal insulation to keep engine bay temperatures relatively low.
ECU Re-Tune Not Required. These headers provide their boosts in power and torque via their free-flowing primary tubes, and proprietary Firecone collectors without the need for an ECU re-tune. That being said, giving your ECU a re-tune down the line will always beneficial to your truck’s performance, as this will ensure you get the full benefits of these headers.
CARB-Exempt. These shorty headers are CARB exempt under EO D-57-31. This makes them completely street legal in all 50 states.
