Description

This cold air intake utilizes a specially designed heat shield that isolates the air filter away from engine bay heat, as well as a turbulence-free air intake tube. The result is an increased supply of cold air into your engine, which in turn optimizes performance. This extra power on tap is really helpful for pulling yourself out of tight spots when you’re out on the trail.
Needs a Re-Tune of your ECU. The use of the Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake will require the re-tune of your ECU. This is to ensure this cold air intake is in sync with your MAF. A re-tune also maximizes the potential of this air intake.
High Performance Air Filter. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake comes with a specialty air filter. This high-performance air filter is capable of excellent filtration while still allowing maximum air flow. This air filter is of a non-oiled (dry) design making it low maintenance. When it comes time for maintenance, blowing with compressed air is enough to get rid of the trapped dirt.
Heavy-Duty Construction with a Practical Design. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake’s intake tubes and heat shield are both constructed from high-grade aluminum. The heat shield is designed to effectively insulate the air filter from engine bay heat. This design helps prevent premature heat damage to the air filter, plus ensures only cold air is supplied to your engine. The air intake tube, on the other hand, is designed to eliminate turbulence points, further ensuring free-flowing air. Finally, the assembly is finished in a black powder coat for corrosion protection.
