    Description

    Control Exhaust Temperatures. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap is specially designed to control the F-150’s exhaust temperatures while also being stronger and more durable than most wraps. It reduces the radiant heat by as much as 50% keeping the air cooler and ideal for the intake. Furthermore, the exhaust gasses are kept hot and at a lower density which increases exhaust flow. The reduced radiant heat also means that less heat is absorbed into the cab for a more comfortable ride.

    Contains Pulverized Lava Rock. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap owes its outstanding thermal properties to the pulverized lava rock that’s been incorporated into the fiber material. Additionally, the proprietary weave used to incorporate the pulverized lava rock provides high resistance to abrasions and vibration breakdown. Furthermore, the material is quite pliable making it easy to make a tight and secure wrap.

    Straightforward Installation. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap is extremely pliable and pre-wetting is not required. Removing the headers help make the installation easy. Note that steel locking ties are required to complete the installation.

    Application. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap will fit all 1997 to 2026 Ford F-150 models.
