    Description

    Improves Performance.  This Titanium Exhaust Wrap is designed to control the exhaust temperatures which then improves performance. First, it reduces the under-the-hood radiant heat by as much as 50%, keeping the air cool for the intake. Additionally, it keeps the exhaust gasses hot and reduces their density to increase the exhaust flow. The reduced radiant heat also means that less heat is absorbed into the cab for a more comfortable ride.

    Pulverized Lava Rock. Pulverized lava rock is integrated into the Titanium Exhaust Wrap’s fiber material with a proprietary weave. This gives the Exhaust Wrap its outstanding thermal properties. Additionally, the material is designed to be stronger and more durable than most wraps. Furthermore, the material is quite pliable making it easy to make a tight wrap.

    Straightforward Installation. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap is extremely pliable and pre-wetting is not required. Removing the headers helps to make the installation easy. Note that steel locking ties are required to complete the installation.

    Application. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap will fit 1999 to 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
