    Description

Daystar Scorpion Series RAM 2500 Shock Absorber offers optimum performance on city roads and on the trail, thanks to durable, velocity-sensitive construction. This shock absorber is designed for vehicles with a 2-Inch front lift.

    Rugged Construction. Daystar Scorpion Series RAM 2500 Shock Absorber features twin-tube hydro-charged steel construction with increased oil capacity to reduce shock fade. The velocity-sensitive valving ensures excellent performance at any speed. Meanwhile, a chrome-hardened piston prolongs the equipment’s lifetime. Premium polyurethane bushings offer outstanding durability compared to generic rubber bushings.

    Straightforward Bolt-On Installation. Daystar suspension products are made with ease of installation in mind. This shock absorber features a vehicle-specific construction for a straightforward bolt-on mounting. There’s no need for specialized equipment; all you need is a set of common tools and intermediate mechanical skills. Please choose installation by an experienced technician if you don’t have the necessary skill level.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty. Daystar is a family-owned business proudly offering a limited lifetime warranty on all suspension products. The warranty applies to any defects proven to be the manufacturer’s fault and it can’t be transferred to a different vehicle.

    Application. This shock absorber was designed for the 2003-2013 4WD Dodge RAM 2500 with a 2-Inch front lift. It’s sold individually and fits the driver or passenger side.

    Installation Time. The shock absorber installation takes 1-2 hours on average.

    Difficulty Level. The installation requires intermediate mechanical skills.
