      QKspl™ Ford F-150 Raptor EcoBoost Catted Downpipe

      Matching the stock turbos, our F-150 Raptor Catted Downpipes include a laser cut turbo flanges. This design fits flawlessly with stock turbo flanges. Premium American made bright annealed 304 stainless steel is mandrel bent throughout for less turbulent exhaust flow. We include three O2 bungs to accommodate the two stock O2 sensors. Additionally, we give the ability to easily add a wideband sensor. The catalytic converter features a metallic monolithic honeycomb catalyst designed for maximum flow. 

      Raptor EcoBoost Catted Downpipes Features

      Also helping to accommodate the stock mounting, cp-e® has designed this downpipe to use the stock downpipe support mount by welding a laser cut stainless steel bracket onto each downpipe. This braket mounts the downpipe securely and provides the extra support needed to make it last a lifetime. cp-e® has taken the extra step to supply a custom laser cut gasket with the downpipe. Specifically this mates to the stock turbo completely leak-free.

      F-150 Raptor Catted Downpipe Construction. On the outlet end of the downpipe, we have created a slip joint that allows the installer to mate it to the stock exhaust or a full 3.00" exhaust. This adapter allows the customer to buy a true full 3.00" downpipe instead of being limited to a downpipe that needs to neck down at the flange. This gives the smoothest transition to either exhaust size, and gives the option of “upgrading down the road". Now you can have a full 3.00" downpipe without sacrificing on what exhaust you have.

      While this may not trip a Check Engine Light, we cannot guarantee that all of the codes will be in the ready state.

      Factory Fit & Finish. This QKspl™ downpipe system is manufactured for a perfect fit and finish. This downpipe will work perfectly with your stock cat back for a stealth install or along with our forthcoming Austenite™ exhaust system for the most pure sound. Thanks to a CNC cut flange, the downpipes will fit the factory cat-back perfectly.
