This full-featured kit will provide a strong platform for serious off-roading. It represents a complete reengineering of your truck's suspension for a higher ride height, and preserves factory levels of safety, ride, and handling.

A Fully-Engineered Solution. Zone knows the limitations of strut spacers on this generation of GMT900 trucks. Thus, they include new strut units that preserve or enhance stock geometry and valving. They know the limits of fabricated rear lift blocks, so Zone includes cast-iron, CNC-machined blocks. The ductile iron front steering knuckles allow use of 17" wheels, whereas other lift kits limit you to 18" or greater. Zone even includes a heavy-duty differential skid plate that increases the chassis' structural integrity.

Documented Installation. This kit requires extensive suspension work, and both cutting and welding. It's not for the inexperienced home mechanic. However, Zone includes fully-documented instructions and phone support. Allow at least one full day for installation.
