      Description

      Better Winching. Enabling superior winching while letting you keep your 1999-2024 Silverado's license plate mounting bracket in place if you have a roller fairlead, the Factor 55 FlatLink (Blue) works equally well with hawse fairleads. The FlatLink is a shackle mount that folds against the recovery winch as needed, with its 1.75" thickness assisting. The FlatLink allows use of screw pin shackles to hold recovery straps, avoiding the escaped or frayed straps caused by winch hooks and offering 5x better strength. This shackle mount captures the cable eye of 3/8" steel or synthetic line running from the winch with its Grade 5 steel, 5/8" double shear pin, while the shackle fits into a precision-cut 3/4" hole.

      Extremely Tough. Finished with a metallic blue hard powder-coat that makes it even more corrosion-proof, the Factor 55 FlatLink is made in the USA and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Carved via CNC machining out of military quality 6000 series aluminum, the FlatLink is lightweight at 23 ounces but very tough, with a maximum load of 16,000 lbs. and ultimate failure beyond 40,000 lbs. The EPDM rubber guards, which can be removed if needed, protect the fairlead from damage.

      Application. The Factor 55 FlatLink (Blue) is made to work with any 1999-2024 Chevy Silverado equipped with a recovery winch.
