Concentrated and Extreme Foaming. What sets the Chemical Guys automotive wash shampoo is its extreme foaming formulation. Specifically, this car/truck wash shampoo produces a thick foam that encapsulates and gently lifts dirt and grime particles without “wearing away” car wax and leaving streaks and water stains. These factors combine to leave a car show shine that lasts. Moreover, this automotive shampoo is highly concentrated so its 64-ounce container should last you several weeks of washes.
Uncomplicated Washing Procedure. Washing your truck or car with this automotive wash shampoo is as uncomplicated a procedure as it gets. First, wash your vehicle with plain water before mixing up to 3 ounces of shampoo per 32-ounce foam washer tank or 5-gallon bucket. Then, coat your vehicle with an even lather before wiping down the foam with a microfiber cloth or washing mitt saturated with the shampoo solution. Finally, you rinse away the foam and dry. Alternatively, you could use the washing mitt or microfiber cloth if you don’t have a foam washer. Just be sure to wipe linearly and avoid circular motions.
