Description
Adjustable Front Track Bar. The Carli Suspension Adjustable Front Track Bar enhances suspension and steering by allowing precise axle centering on lifted trucks. It reduces deflection and vibration under load, improving steering responsiveness and effectively eliminating common issues like wandering and death wobble. This component is essential for maintaining control and vehicle stability on lifted 4WD trucks.
Construction And Appearance. Made from 3/8 inch wall DOM steel tubing, this bar provides superior strength compared to mounting brackets. It features a large 1 inch by 7/8 inch FK bearing Chromoly Heim joint at the axle side and a custom-molded CUB frame joint with stainless steel safety washers and snap rings to enhance durability and vibration damping. The finish includes a protective coating designed for lasting corrosion resistance under harsh conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling due to the included stabilizer relocation bracket. Preassembled and preloaded joints along with the machined tapered JAMMIT nut simplify assembly and torque procedures, making the process accessible even to weekend mechanics.
Application. Designed specifically for 14-26 4WD RAM 2500 models, this track bar supports axle centering with lifts up to 3 inches, ensuring compatibility with common suspension setups for these trucks.
