Description
Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Adjustable Front Track Bar is engineered to restore control and correct axle alignment on lifted Ram trucks from 2014 and newer, including 2500, 3500, and Power Wagon 4x4 models. It recenters the front axle and optimizes suspension geometry to significantly improve handling, tracking, and overall ride quality under heavy loads or off-road conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Built from 1.75” DOM steel tubing made in the USA, this track bar offers superior strength and lateral rigidity compared to stock components. It is finished with a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat that ensures excellent durability and corrosion resistance, providing long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Installation. This track bar is designed as a direct bolt-in upgrade, fitting factory mounting points with no drilling or modifications required for 0 to 4 inches of lift. The patented double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly enable quick and easy length adjustments without removing the track bar from the vehicle, simplifying installation and alignment.
Application. Fits 2014 through 2026 4WD Ram 2500, 3500, and Power Wagon trucks. Recommended for lifted trucks, especially when used with a drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket on lifts over 4 inches.
