Description
Performance Suspension Upgrade for Lifted Setups. The Camburg 1.25-Inch Upper Control Arm Rebuild Kit is engineered to enhance durability, suspension articulation, and handling in lifted Silverado 1500 models. By replacing the stock ball joint with a high-strength uni-ball bearing, this kit provides smoother travel and greater resilience under demanding off-road conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Built with .156-inch wall tubing, CNC-bent, and expertly MIG welded, the control arms feature a robust steel gray powder-coated finish for long-lasting protection. Each arm is equipped with pre-installed 1.25-inch PTFE-lined FK uni-ball bearings and polyurethane frame pivot bushings with greaseable Zerk fittings for low-maintenance durability. CAD/CAM design ensures precise geometry, correcting camber and caster angles for improved tire contact and handling on lifted trucks.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and best performed by experienced DIYers or professionals. Trimming of inner fenders may be required for tire clearance. This kit is not compatible with trucks equipped with electronic adaptive ride control, or with OEM 20-inch wheels or 18-inch wheels running oversized tires.
Warranty. Camburg backs this product with a limited lifetime structural warranty, providing confidence in its long-term strength and performance.
